<p>And also, since you permit us to define our own open+closed
statuses, there needs to be better support for them. I added a new
status of resolved (e.g. developer believes they've completed the
task, but it needs to be confirmed by QA or reporter), but since
there's almost nowhere this is displayed, I've taken to also just
adding a '@resolved' tag for tickets that are resolved, so I can
