Display Multiple Milestones on Right Bar
I want to keep my team's minds constantly on the overall project Milestones. I broke down a lot of the goals into Milestones. Is there a way to put more than just one Milestone on the right hand sidebar?
If not...this would be a much needed feature. Currently, I can only get one Milestone to show up there, and this focus is too limited. We are going agile and trying to go very fast...having multiple Milestones constantly visible on the right will give team members better high level vision.

Also, now that I look at it more...
Each ticket is assigned to a Milestone...but it seems there is currently no EASY way to list all those tickets filtered by Milestone. I'm thinking, on the right hand bar under the Milestone progress bar, it says something like "Completed 5 of 7 tickets". Can you add a small feature where maybe the word "tickets" is hyperlinked to a page that shows a list of tickets for that particular Milestone. That makes a lot of sense to me and would be VERY useful. (sorry for being picky...I'm a UCD guy).

I created 'Ticket Bins' for each of my milestones. They will show up on each page, be hyperlinked to the list AND have a total count of tickets matching the filter. The search term would be "milestone:whatever state:open".

Kiere is right, if you want to search for a specific milestone and save it as a bin, just use the query he posted.

I did this workaround a little while ago...but STILL I think what I requested would still be a good feature.
From a UI standpoint...would be MUCH more efficient having the feature built in. Also, this workaround totally doesn't take advantage of the visual cue of the Milestone progress bar.
Also, currently, lighthouse assumes that Milestones are linear...meaning after one Milestone ends, another begins (which is why it only shows one at a time). I would imagine most projects people have don't necessarily have linear Milestones.
I don't think it would be very hard to incorporate this feature right? ...of showing multiple Milestone Bars with Hyperlinks to related Tickets. Just trying to help make this a little more Intuitive, Usable...and ultimately more profitable for you guys of course.

I see what you're saying, but it seems that a vast majority of LH users work on key milestones one at a time, so only the next milestone is important as far as focus goes. The UI is kept as clean as possible so there is rooms for things like custom bins. And some projects have well over 30 milestones which are active in development, with weekly dates applied to them...

True, I also like clean. So why not let the user choose how many to view there? Can easily add a small text that says "Add Milestone" or something on that right sidebar to add a Milestone view. When Milestones are met, you can easily set a "remove" option to remove it from view.
I just think it's a shame that such a feature can be added so easily, but it's missing. Why not poll like 5 customers and see if they would like the user option to add/remove more Milestone views.

i'd like to have more than one listed in the sidebar, as our milestones and workflow are not really linear. of course we have some tasks due before other tasks, but we don't put the later ones on hold while we're working on the earlier ones. we tend to have different people working on different milestones, as our developers have different skills and different focus areas.

I agree wholeheartedly. Linear milestones are completely useless to us. We have a number of large operations which consist of multiple tickets and need to be worked on in parallel. We can use tags for this, and in fact we have, but we lose all of the benefits of milestones, chiefly the progress bar.
