Managing duplicates

One thing that would be useful is a way to manage duplicate tickets, other than marking one as invalid. You already have a nice comments system, it would be cool to see the ability to set a ticket as a duplicate of another ticket and then have the duplicate ticket moved to the comments of master ticket

    It seems like it'd break the flow of one ticket to see one or more ticket comments added. Adding a simple link is sufficient for now I think.

    I think that would be solving the wrong problem. We need to think of ways to prevent the root of the problem--People submitting duplicate and/or very similar tickets. I have some ideas on how to prevent some of this, but there will likely always be duplicates.
