Default ticket owner
Would be nice to be able to select a user as the default ticket owner (instead of having the default be no one).

Just a note to let everyone know that this is in now along with a default milestone setting. You can find it under a Projects settings and can configure it when you create a new project as well. Score one for the good guys!
