tickets generated by email?

Is it possible to have our lighthouse app configured so that you don't have to be a registered account/email address to generate a ticket ?

i.e [email blocked] can raise a new ticket? much like request tracker does? or is this not possible at all ?

    Hey Stephen. Sorry but this isn't possible with Lighthouse. We've tinkered with the idea for a while but being the size that we are, it opens a lot of doors and control variables that seem hard to maintain.

    But this is also part of the reason we took a step back and assessed our support/feedback situation and development work flow and built

    Tender syncs into our Lighthouse development project, keeping the clutter out of the workflow but giving us the power of a full support system for users to voice in.
