I'm trialling Lighthouse at present. Are there any differences in features available with the various plans?

Not really. Priorities are available on Bronze or higher plans, outside that it's just the size of the account.

I have upgraded to Bronze, but cannot see a priorities option for either existing or new tickets. Can you help please?
