How can I setup so that each new ticket created automatically has certain people selected under notifications?

Lighthouse doesn't have a group setting for specific people in the notification options when creating a new ticket. You would have to manually toggle the users with each ticket that you create.
Are you only trying to notify them of specific tickets or every ticket that is created?

I want to set around 3 or 4 persons in my team to be notified for every ticket that is created. If this is not possible in Lighthouse then I have to tell everyone who adds a ticket to remember to set these people under notifications. It would be a big help if there was a setting for this.
Cheers.

Those users can subscribe to everything in their user profile / subscription settings tab. If they don't want to do that, then manually adding them as a watcher is the only other way.

Great, thanks Will, that's exactly what I was after!
Cheers
