How can I mark a ticket resolved but not closed. This is common when you resolve a situation but the end client should confirm it before closing the ticket.

You can customize states on a project, so you could have a "resolved" and "closed, and then within your company just let people know what each state means to your workflow.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

How does one customize states?

When editing your project you can customize the different states for that project, you'll see it at the bottom of the form. See the screenshot:
You can have as many states or as few as you want to have for your workflow, but they fall under the umbrella states of Open and Closed. This allows you to have a "closed" and "resolved" state, but what that means would be determined by you.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Nicole
