I'm using the page on how to sort tickets but struggling to achieve a specific requirement

I want to sort all open tickets by owner, by milestone and then by priority.

I've entered this
responsible:'Luke' state:open sort:milestone-priority

However this only sorts open tickets assigned to individual into milestones but the priorities within the milestones aren't I get high priority tickets mixed with low priority tickets based on the ticket number.

What am I doing wrong?

The search code below will sort tickets based on open tickets from High priority to Low priority, but does not separate out the milestones. sort:milestone-priority needs the context of milestone:"Specific Milestone" in order to work.

    responsible:'Luke' state:open sort:priority

Let me know if that works for you or not.

hmm...but then I get the milestones mixed up.

I want to see all new or open tickets, assigned to an individual, grouped by milestones (plural) and within each milestone sorted by priority

Unfortunately our search isn't capable of grouping like that, unless you specify the milestone. So then you'd have two different searches if you have two milestones, which isn't really what you want either.

I've made a ticket to see if this is an improvement we can get on Lighthouse search. We'll update this discussion as we have information to share about progress.
