Are these features supported by Lighthouse?

Hi All,

Can you please let me know, whether Lighthouse supports following features?

  1. Customized Workflow
  2. Customizable Status
  3. Custom Fields
  4. Rules based notification
  5. Bug logging by anonymous user
  6. LDAP authentication
  7. Canned Reports
  8. Customizable Reports
  9. Integration with TFS (Team Foundation Server)
  10. Dashboard/Gadgets
  11. Active Data Source Fields
  12. Bulk modification
  13. Export to Excel/.CSV

    Do you really need all these, or is this just a list that you're
    asking a bunch of sites? We don't do most of the features you're
    asking for, because they aren't part of the core mission of getting
    work done, they're just things that managers like to impose on
    developers.

    We are however extremely developer friendly, and have things like
    full email integration and a very simple and direct interface.

    Thanks for the quick reply. My organization is looking for a defect tracking tool and I had to evaluate various defect tracking tools on the basis of functionality and user friendliness. So, I dropped a discussion in the Lighthouse forum.

    OK, I suggest you sign up for a (free!) trial and experiment.
    Lighthouse does things differently to other trackers.

    As an 'Admin' user, I added a new user say X. An email was sent to X's account. Now, X needs to have username and Password info. Can you please let me know, how to create a new Lighthouse user profile?

    User profiles are global. You can invite someone to your account, but they will need to create their own user profile. Once they have created their user profile and activated it then they can accept your invitation.
