How do I create a new Ticket Bin?

I want to create a ticket bin that shows me the open tickets tagged with a high priority key word. How is that done?

    Wanda -

    Do a search like so:

    state:open tagged:"high priority keyword"

    When it returns the results you see the option to "Save Search as Bin". You can make it so it's only visible to you or you can share it with everyone on the account.
