I am looking for a system whereby I can display a simple form to gather pertinent details and have form submitted and update the database. I dont need the users to review their submissions, etc. just a simple reporting system (I will use all the features on the admin side) Is this possible with your product.

So, after reviewing things a bit more, it seems as though this wont be possible as the user must have an account to submit issues. That is a bummer, we have some 80 users of our system and I dont want each of them to have to create an account just to submit tickets. Oh well, still looks like a nice simple system (maybe sometime in the future)

This is pretty much why we built Tender (which is what you're using right now) for non-users to report issues.
