Does Lighthouse offer any type of reporting capabilities? I have looked all over and cant seem to find anything? For example, I would like to create a report for all the tasks which have been completed for a specific milestone (new version of our software). We will use this report as release notes?

No, we don't have reporting as a feature. You could download a CSV of project tickets and use that data to create reports in other applications.
