I don't have any personal experience with Redmine, but my understanding is it's more a matter of comparing the two products than integration.
Lighthouse is a hosted ticket-tracker system, designed for simple development workflow. It doesn't include a wiki or charts because its designed for developers to interact and do one thing, develop. Tickets are designed to either be important or not. We've invested a lot of personal experience from our own workflow and experience into how Lighthouse functions as a ticket tracker, and simplicity is a key factor.
Lighthouse is still feature packed though. It comes with email capability, version control integration, milestones, ticket priorities (on Bronze plans and up), a unique search/ticket-bin system, an API so you can build custom tools.
