Customizing the ticket input field?
We want to collect very specific information from our users for the tickets they submit. Specifically: Intended Owner, Account Number, Equipment Description.
Is it possible to add language to the ticket entry field reminding people to provide this info? Thank you!

If you select the project and then select "edit project" from the overview tab, you can scroll down and there is a box in which you can enter default ticket text. When someone opens a new ticket, it should display this text.
