When you say anyone internally, would those people be members of the Lighthouse account you're emailing?

All members of a project can email a project specific address that will create a ticket..

Let me know if I'm misunderstanding.

Thanks,

We only have one project going, and I want a general bug ticket to be created as frictionless as possible, and someone else to tag, and assign.

Ryantag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/32951182010-10-13T16:37:49Z2010-10-13T16:37:49ZCreating a general ticket via email

Ryan,

It sounds like you might have use for our other product Tender. It is an interface that will allow customers (or in your case others at your company) to submit discussions about possible bugs into a queue for review. It is totally synced up with Lighthouse, so if from the description in the discussion if you think something is actually a bug you can create a ticket on the fly from within Tender into Lighthouse. If you are a Lighthouse customer you get 15% off of your Tender account.
