updating a ticket state via email

I send updates to my tickets via email all the time but I need to know how to also change the state of the ticket via email. Currently i send the update via email and then have to open Lighthouse to manually change the state of the ticket.

    Hi Angela,

    You may update ticket status via email, for example as: [state:resolved].
