I wanted to add a tag '+1' but it strips out the +. Also sometimes it won't let me tag with just '1'

Hi. An update to this. It does let me tag with just '1' or '2', but it doesn't update the screen correctly when doing so. I can see those in the tag list for all bugs and get a listing of ones I've tagged. It still strips out '+' signs.

I think the
+is parsed out because URLs tend to use that to encode spaces.
