How to email ticket to end user

Hello, I would like to be able to email the ticket to my end users. Is this possible?

    Hey oneda.

    If I understand you correctly, it's not possible in some cases. A person must be a member of the Lighthouse project or participate in the ticket in order to receive updates.

    You can add a member of a project as a "watcher" though, so they'll be part of the ticket and receive updates. To do so, at the bottom of a ticket, select "change notification"

    Then select the user you want to be notified about the ticket.

    if you're dealing with anonymous users though,, a sister product to Lighthouse, which functions as a support tool vs a ticket tracker but offers Lighthouse integration, is better suited for this.
