Customer Portal for support

Can your solution be used by us and exposed to our customers as a support portal so that developers can natively work issues directly? Or is it more intended for QA style testing?

    Lighthouse can be used for this, but we built a sister product called Tender Support ( which features Lighthouse integration. Lighthouse is not directly meant to be a discussion or customer support tool, and from our needs from Lighthouse, we built Tender to handle that load, but allow us to push discussions over to Lighthouse as tickets for developers.

    The downside of Lighthouse is that users have to login, and there is no difference in permissions. Everyone is equal if they are a project member.
