What I'm looking
for is a system for managing support tickets and also a public
project manager, so that my customers can both contribute ideas to
the project, and also see our progress. The only thing that looks
like it may be a problem is the fact that youhave to register in
order to create a ticket. my customers already have a main site and
a forum to sign up to, and I'd hate to have them have to have so
many account for one site. it there a way to:<br>
a) accept tickets without needing registration?<br>
b) register users automatically through the api?</p></div>ubotdev (at gmail)tag:help.lighthouseapp.com,2008-09-20:Comment/8803142010-01-19T23:20:01Z2010-01-19T23:20:01Zcreating users through the api<div><p>Unfortunately, Lighthouse doesn't really function that way. A
user must log in to Lighthouse to submit a discussion.</p>
<p><a href="http://tenderapp.com">http://tenderapp.com</a> may be a
better option. It allows for anonymous submission or through email,
and you can create Lighthouse tickets based off of discussions.</p></div>Will Duncan
