Help with old account / creating new account
I have just tried to create an new account, but failed as my email address was already in use. I guess I created an account a while back to try Lighthouse out. Anyway, I clicked the 'forgot password' link and got a token via email, which enabled me to view my account. If I try and reset my password, it fails, and I get logged out.
The domain my account is authenticated is 'sera.lighthouse.com'. I understand that the domain is related to a lighthouse hosted project - I have no idea what 'sera' is, if it is indeed a project.
I guess I'm a little confused here! I just want to get started using Lighthouse, and don't know how to proceed. ;-)

Sorry for the delay on responding to this. sera.lighthouse is where plans and authentication takes place, it's just a separate area that we use that domain for, such as http://sera.lighthouseapp.com/plans
What is the name of the account you had previously setup? would you like us to close that out for you and let you register the new account?

Were you able to successfully create a Lighthouse account? Is there anything else we can do to help you get started? Just let us know.
