How do I create new Ticket Bins?
I figured out how to edit the three existing bins, but how do I create new ones?

Anyone you do a search, you have the option to save the search as a bin.

Ah, ok, thanks! Might be worth adding a "New Ticket Bin" button somewhere, since I had no idea I needed to perform a search first, and this wasn't in the help documentation anywhere either.
