Is there a way to schedule reminders/notifications? From time to time, bugs seem to scamper away into a dark corner and are forgotten. We would like to set a reminder for them after some period of time if there has been no activity on the ticket.

    We don't have anything specific that would let you set notifications for specific tickets after a period of inactivity.You could create a search for tickets not updated in X days and save it as a ticket bin, like state:open updated:"before 1 week ago". You wouldn't get notifications but it would be right there in the sidebar and you could share the bin so all members of the project could see which tickets have been quiet.
