Justin -
If the users you want to watch all tickets in a project go to their user profile and they will be able to select the project in their subscriptions. Subscribing to the project will add them as watchers on every ticket in the project from that point forward.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Is there a way for a user to be forcefully added as a watcher to every
existing ticket in a Project so we don't have to click on them all
individually?
Thanks.

Hi Justin,
Once the user was subscribed to that project's tickets they would already be a watcher and receive those tickets automatically - you would only have to make that selection once. If you wanted to carve out instances on a case-by-case basis, you would have to click on their user box, yes. There is no "forcing" per se, but if you are able to communicate that a certain user should be subscribed to a particular project then you shouldn't run into any problems.
Let me know if I'm missing anything here.
Thanks,
Brandi
