Is there a way to set the priority of a ticket?

This seems like a standard feature so I must have missed it. But is there a way to set a ticket to urgent/immediate, normal, low?

I need this type of functionality because there might be a lot of fires to put out the same day and using the due by feature wont work for pushing those to the top so we can clearly see what is a priority for the day.

I saw a similar ticket for prioritizing milestones, what im asking for is at the ticket level.

    Hey Rich,

    You can enable the importance field globally on your account on the settings page.
