I see tags but no categories.
Do you have a feature where I can go in and define categories? We have some older people here who would appreciate a dropdown of predefined tags. If no categories is it possible to at least predefine some tags so they have some to select from and we dont have to worry about typos?

Hi Rich,
Unfortunately we do not have categories. Tags autocomplete as you type, so once you have a few, they should popup easily. You can also see a list of the existing tags in the column on the right.
Alternatively, you could use milestones as categories, but that would only work if you do not need milestones at all.
