Assigning Importance Levels via email

I am aware we are able to assign tickets to people by using a tag that looks like :

responsible:name with the brackets around it...

Can we do the same with Importance levels? I tried with importance:medium but it didn't work

Any ideas?

    Can you show me the ticket where you used the keywords and it didn't work as expected? If you do [responsible:jessica importance:medium] it should have worked.

    Ah I didn’t put them together, I had them each in their separate brackets. Perhaps that was the issue. I will try again.
