Is it possible to forbid customers to set milestones/add tickets in a milestone.
Customers are very keen on adding points to milestone like "Release candidate" but they can just as easily shoot in a feature request over there... which is mega annoying.

What is the project where you're seeing this happen? Is it a public one? Are your customers members of the account? Let us know and we'll make sure everything is working as expected. If they are members of your account, they have access to change the milestones.

    Thanks,

Yes, they are members of the project, the project is not public.
In my opinion it should be a option to let customers control milestones.

We don't offer that level of permission granting for members of the project. If they are member, they have access to changing all pieces in the project - tickets, create milestones, etc.

You might want to take a look at Tender (tenderapp.com). We built Tender because we wanted to separate the development process from the customer support area, similar reasons, not everything in a ticket is really meant or understood for customers.

    Thanks,
