Adding cc's or watchers?

Is there an update on this feature request? How can more than one person be notified via email of a ticket that is created in LH?
I think this was discussed since 2008, but have not seen a resolution.

    Hi Paul,

    If you click on your name in the upper right, then on "My subscriptions" in the menu bar, you can select which projects you'd like to get notifications for.

    Let me know if you have any questions.
