method to apply custom ticket states globally?

We've defined custom ticket states that work for us as a shop, but it will be quite tedious and error-prone to need to define these project by project, let alone change them if we need a global change.

Is there a way to apply these globally at a company level?

    Hi Chris,

    Unfortunately there isn't. Different projects have different requirements, and so states have always been "per project". You will have to keep them updated manually.

    Hi Chris,

    We have tickets for it, but I can't give you any ETA as to when it will enter our development schedule. I wouldn't expect it in the near future.
