Searching for a number

I seem to be stumped on how to search for a number (as in look through titles and comments for the instance of a specific number appearing), as it tries to parse that as a ticket number instead. So say we have a ticket concerning userid 12345 in our own system, that gets addressed, but then weeks later something else comes up with the user. I go, "hey, there was a lighthouse ticket for this person a while back, let me find it to read the notes". To me, the most direct way to find that ticket is to search on the userid "12345", but instead lighthouse wants to try to take me to ticket # 12345. Is there a syntax to escape out of that, and if so is there a cheat sheet somewhere that lets us know about any other syntax or behavior quirks we should know about when using the search field?

    Matt -

If you put your search query in quotes it should search the body rather than try to find the associated ticket.

    Thanks,
