My option to move tickets doesn't seem to appear

I would like to move some tickets from one project to another. I do a search for the tickets that I want (state:open) with keyword "mobile". I get a list of the tickets I want to move, but no option to select them or move them? Am I missing something here?

    There should be an option on the list called "Bulk edit tickets" (see attached).
