Email address for emailing a ticket

Hey guys!

I was trying to set up an email forward from a google mail to the lighthouse app, but google is saying they don't support the "+" sign in the email address for forwarding. Is there another way to email into the app? Can I just drop the "ticket+" part of the email address?

    Jason -

    Unfortunately, Google doesn't like the + and we require it for our tickets. I'll see if we have any other options available.

    Thanks! It's really odd that Google has a problem with it, considering it's a valid email address when sending email to Google... But unfortunately, we use Google Apps for our domain emails, and need to set up our "nice" email address to forward into lighthouse.

    we recently fixed this on our other product (tender) -- shouldn't be too
    hard to modify.

    ok, code is done and we're QAing it - this will work at some point tomorrow with a "." instead of "+" so it's [email blocked]. I'll update here when it's live.
