I was wondering if there was a way to use single sign on with Lighthouse.
I'd like to take people from my site to Lighthouse and be able to easily and quickly
create a ticket. I don't, however, want them to have to login to my site, then go to
Lighthouse and create another account. If I could just have an account created
quickly, by means of single sign on, that'd be awesome.

Not sure if it already exists.

Thanks,
Zach

    Hi Zach,

We don't currently have a method for Single Sign On for Lighthouse. We do have one for Tender, however. If you're mainly experiencing customers creating tickets and using your Lighthouse as a way to track error reports and communicate with your customers, Tender is more of a purpose-built application for that side of things, and integrates seamlessly with tracking tasks with Lighthouse. Let me know if you'd like more info on how Tender can fit in with your needs.

    Thanks!
    Tim
