Lighthouse features?

My team is considering signing up to the 'Medium' package but have a few questions.

1) Does the system send messages to all members of a project when a new ticket is raised? 2) Can a ticket be given a priority level (by us only, not the client) 3) Can we add custom fields for tickets on a per project basis?

    1) Not yet, we're actually working on getting the notifications system updated right now. The ability to select multiple watchers when creating a ticket should be ready by Monday.

    2) You can set a tickets priority level within a milstone, however Lighthouse does not have a permissions system. We developed for this, a support/feedback setup to keep clients/users away from the development workflow.

    3) No, Lighthouse does not support custom fields. We actually have a blog entry about that from November --
