Tickets don't support priority?
I signed up today to evaluate your system. When creating ticket on the site, I don't see any option for specifying the priority.

Stephen -
Priority state is available for Bronze level plans and higher. It looks like you might have selected the Free plan which locks your trial to the features available on that plan. I've moved you to Bronze so you can test things out. You'll be able to turn on priority state in your Settings & Payments section.
