Duplicating a ticket
Hi, is there a way to select a ticket, and then duplicate it's contents as a new ticket?
The reason I ask, is because sometimes I run into situations where I'm documenting steps, and I have to copy-paste the data from one ticket, to another. It's time-consuming, and it would be a great way to setup "template" tickets to duplicate off of.

Unfortunately no, but I've created a ticket for this request and if/when we have it in active development we'll update this discussion.
