what is "resolved" ticket state

i'm a newbie.

i noticed that i can create tickets and close tickets, but i can't figure out how to move a ticket to the resolved state. what's the secret?

    You can define what "open" and "closed" means for each project on the project settings page: http://smd.lighthouseapp.com/projects/97829-smd-crm/edit
