How can I give an executive read-only access?

I have an executive I would like to give read only access, how can I achieve that? Is there a way for me as the account owner to add this executive viewer that the other administrators do not see (I had to make them admins to be able to see 'pages' seems like that should be a setting so I don't have to make them admins - but that is a seperate matter.)

Thanks for the help... I love the tool! You guys rock!

    Lighthouse doesn't really have a permissions system. People are either account or project level members.
