Is there a way to remove strikethroughs from the title?

Is there a place where I can toggle on/off the strikethrough in the title for the various states of our tickets? It is making the titles illegible.

   You can edit which states are categorized as "closed" - which is why
   you get the strikethrough. Otherwise.. don't close them? :)
