we currently have a free account (https://lighthouse.artifactsoftware.com/live/portal) which allows 10 users, 1 project. We received an email that on December 31st, this account will be disabled.

How do we migrate to the new application (sera.lighthouseapp.com, free or paid).

    Hi, that's not us. You'll have to contact Artifact about getting your account enabled or upgraded.
