I got that 3 or 4 times in a row just a few minutes ago trying to add a note and change the milestone of a ticket.

    It looks like usage climbed a little bit across the board, but I'm not seeing anything out of the norms just yet. I'll keep an eye on the system.

    Was this within a 5 minute timeframe or sub 30 second?

    Rick: If I remember right then it happened on two separate tickets as I was trying to update them; I'm not sure though.

    Nicole: We've used LH for a little over a year and it continues to happen relatively frequently (every few weeks or so), so I wouldn't say it has passed.

    You really need to look more carefully at your error logs.
