Ticket Bin Not Updating...

We've noticed a bug over the past few weeks, and it's still not fixed:

When you update (i.e. close a ticket) or even create a new ticket, the ticket bins on the right don't update like they did a few weeks ago. Even if you hit refresh in your browser, still no luck. We've noticed it does fix itself variably (not always), but can take a while. This is really frustrating, since we mainly use "bins" to identify the needs of each project.

We're using Safari 3.1.2 on Mac OS X 10.5

    I don't know about the last few weeks, but last Friday we deployed a major performance update to Lighthouse, and a few critical bugs have sifted their way into the system.

    We've deployed fixes for several of the critical issues, but are still looking into the search system errors which cause search/bin counts to be delayed or inaccurate with their results.

    I have the exact problem...also safari on mac osx. i've live with it for awhile...now it's getting worse.

    We deployed another fix this morning which corrects most of the search/bin issues. The counters are still running slightly behind. Much of Lighthouse is cached for periods in order to reduce the workload on the db, so they are queued up.

    Are the counters dramatically off for you? running 10 minutes slow or 1 minutes slow?

    I've been waiting the whole day...and it's still totally messed up. Many of my counters are still showing ZERO. I need these ticket bins to work please or my team will be lost.

    What are the queries for your ticket bins?

    I'm not seeing anything out of the norm, but we do appear to have a few isolated cases with specific account.

    never mind. fixed it. before when you search with query string like:

    milestone:"bug"

    it would bring up results even if the milestone was titled "new bugs". now, you need to format query string as:

    milestone:"new"

    to get all tickets for the "new bugs" milestone. you guys must've changed your query policy to only search from the beginning of the string. the other technique used to work
