Export - really only a lame summary?

Am I correct that your Export CSV feature is really only a "Export Summary CSV". You get none of the comments (thread), so you've basically got nothing but a summary.

I hope I'm wrong, and I just missing the full export functionality. Otherwise, it's an utter waste of money and a dead-end.

Could you at least send me my data so I know it's not going to disappear on me?

The CSV dump is mainly meant for project management, so someone can sort and filter tickets in Excel/Numbers. I'll change the wording though, I can see where 'Export' might be confusing. We have a JSON export feature that we've been sending to people that request it (currently about 2 ever). Do you want an export now or if/when you cancel?

I'd prefer to get an export now, please. Thanks.

I would like a full dump of all the data in my account as well, thank you. I'm a bit surprised this still isn't available. I think there's a whole chapter in 37Signals' book about giving the users freedom over their own information. Thanks.

We have had an extensive API for over two years. You can get
the info any time you like. Requests for actual dumps are extremely
rare, however. The trouble with dumps is they tend to get rather
large, and therefore take a long time to collect and send to people.

I'll be sending your requested export data later today.
