How do I set the priority of a ticket explicitly, rather than by dragging?

I need to be able to set tickets to a specific priority. I find that the dragging feature does not work for this. Is there another way to to do this?

For example, how do I set five separate tickets to priority:3 ?

    You can do this! You just have to enable it in "Settings & Payment" (link in the top left).

    I don't see this option there. Does this depend on the plan you're using?

    We enabled this for all paid accounts a few weeks back so you should see an "Enable Priorities" option in the Settings & Payment area unless you're on the Free plan.

    And that's the problem! We're currently giving the app a trial run.
