Changing Account Ownership
I just set up an account for a new company I'm working with and invited the boss to join. He likes what he sees and is happy to start paying.
There's no tickets raised yet, so I'm happy to delete the account and let him recreate, providing using the same name for the new account won't cause a conflict. On the other hand, it might be easier if we can 're-parent' the account and transfer the 'account owner' role to him, now, while its free, and then let him do the credit card thing.
Are either of these options possible ? Account transfer would be preferable, but if not, can I delete and let him recreate the account without Lighthouse getting annoyed at reusing a *.lighthouseapp.com name ?
Cheers,
Alan

We can switch this, but we have to do it behind the curtain on our end of things.
please email you account name/url and user email to [email blocked] along with the email of your boss, which you wish to be the owner of the account to have payment control.

Thanks Will, I'll get that moving tomorrow.

Hi Will, looks like I jumped the gun a bit as he hasn't set up an account yet. I assume he just said "looks good, go for it" to stop me asking :-)
l'll get him organised asap because I assume this is much easier to do if we do it before I give you my own card details and start paying ? If we do it after that involves changing ownership AND billing details.
