On project pages, changeset link generation breaks Markdown links

In project pages, adding a link whose text is a single word generates a changeset link instead of a link to the address specified in Markdown syntax.

Examples (post in project page to view): [This link](http://www.google.com) works. This [link](http://www.google.com) points to a non-existent changeset. A [ workaround](http://www.google.com) is to add a leading space in the square brackets.
