Account rename?

Hi folks. I sent a similar message via email, but I'm unclear on how customer support is structured for Lighthouse.

1) Could someone please change the name on my account? I see no way to accomplish this myself.

2) On the signup page, you guys really need to make clearer the data model for accounts, users, and projects. I was left bewildered for a few minutes as I discovered that some project I'd submitted a ticket to had implicitly created a login for me, so I had to remember that projects password to access my account. Then I signed up for a free account. Then I went to sign up for a paid account, and got a 500 error (presumably due to the fact that my user login already had an account). Finally, I went to what I thought was my project page, to realize that I'd named my whole account after 1 sub-project inadvertently. Just an example on the signup of a typical project structure would be most helpful!

Ultimately, it appears I've actually gotten a paid account! So now I'm paying for a name that doesn't make sense. Happy to keep paying, but I'd like to sort out the broken structure.

I have a similar set up at github, which somehow managed to not totally confuse me with their user/account/project relationships. Perhaps my order of operations was non-standard, but lighthouseapp should really be able manage this case much more cleanly, or at least let me clean up my own mess after I make it!

Rick kindly got back to me directly, and sorted this out right away. It'd be great to be able to change names ourselves, but I can appreciate the delicacy of such a change, as well as it's rarity.

    Thanks, Rick!
