Can't Delete Profile After Deleting Account
Hello,
I already posted once but now I can't find it, so I'm not sure if it really got posted. If it did, sorry for the double-post, feel free to delete one of them :)
Basically I'd like to delete my profile(s) or remove the associated accounts from them so I can create an account. I can't seem to create an account with them - I get a message saying the profile already has the maximum number of accounts (1) even though the accounts associated with these profiles have already been deleted. Since the accounts have been deleted, I can't access the page for deleting the profile.
Ultimately I'd like to have one profile and one account. I can provide details on the email addresses associated with the 2 profiles I'd like closed or at least have the associated accounts removed from them. I can also provide details on the accounts if necessary but they've already been deleted.

Hey Jimmy, the records were still in our system and pending deletion.
I've gone ahead and made some tweaks, so you should be good to go to register a fresh account and user profile.
